Phil was born in 1977 in Cleveland, Ohio and excelled in art during his early years in school.  His interests were further inspired while working with his father, whom he assisted on a broad range of exhibits throughout the region.  This foundation introduced Phil to the world of art and inspired him to develop expertise in digital arts.  Phil has a passion for images and the emotions they evoke, which he strives to convey in his work.  In addition to his digital art expertise, Phil is also a craftsman custom framer.
